Peer to Peer is a free ten-week educational course, taught by trained teachers, that offers an opportunity for growth to adults who experience a mental illness. It helps with relapse prevention, coping skills, problem solving, relationships, further insight into mental health, and more.

NAMI Basics is a free six-week education program specifically for parents and other caregivers of children (up to the age of 21) who live with a mental illness. The course is taught by trained teachers who are parents of children who developed symptoms of mental illness prior to the age of 13 years. Course topics include symptoms, diagnoses, medications, the biology of the brain, record keeping, and how to advocate for your child in the school, medical, and juvenile justice systems.
